When will my order arrive?

The average delivery time is 18-30 days. Our products are shipped directly to you from the supplier. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs and we can offer the products at a lower price than the competitor and take care of the shipping costs. In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process.

Why is my tracking number not working? 

We are currently experiencing a high increase in orders and because of that, some tracking will be activated later. If you have any questions concerning your order, don't hesitate to get in touch.

 

I am missing some products from my order, how is this possible?

Because we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If items from your order are missing, you will usually receive these after 2-3 days.

 

Can I cancel my order after I paid? 

It is possible to cancel your order if the product has not been shipped yet. If it has already shipped we are unable to cancel your order and you will have to return the product to our office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. After receiving the product, we will refund your money within 5 working days.
